Last minute retail therapy on a Thursday - 5pm and was greeted by owner w an offer of a glass of wine !! Wow , I have never shopped on a random eve and been offered wine . So nice and what hospitality . I ended up buying a super cute pair of red jeans perfect for my ISU events and two cute tops. I will be back often .

I decided to buy my wife a Christmas gift at Refine 309 after she suggested the shop to me.  I decided to order online since I was unable to make it downtown to their shop.  I placed my order, and decided at a later date to call and check on the status of my order.  I spoke with Christina and she was wonderful.  At first I think she thought I was upset that it was taking too long to receive my order, but I was not.  I know that Christmas is a busy time of year for businesses.  Anyway, Christina was super nice and offered to drop the package off after she got off work!  I told her that was not necessary, but she said it was no problem.  Customer service is such a big deal to me and this meant a lot.  The package was dropped off and was beautiful wrapped.  Thank you Christina and Refine 309 for such a positive experience!

Walked in got a minute to look around and then was greeted.. Nice knowledgeable and helpful. Reasonable prices and unique items. Women would love this place
