I have a checking, savings, and mortgage with this bank. I started getting a service charge in my savings account so I called to find out why, I was told that the charge was for doing online transactions in the savings account.  Then this month the charge was there also when I called again they said that it was for being under the minimum balance.  I said last month you said it was for using the internet banking.  They refuse to refund the service fees even though they gave me the wrong information. I can't move my mortgage but I will be closing my other accounts.
