        I had a vehicle stall at a big box store on one of the coldest days of the winter. Palmers was not open and I had to wait until the next business day and they got right in on it and found a small issue. They repaired it for under the$100.

      Hi Ky, sorry for the confusion. After you had asked for the price of the tire without installation, when Jeff returned to the phone to give you the price there was no response. Assuming the phone had disconnected he hung up the phone. When you called back, he had the price ready and gave it to you as requested and he even apologized for the phone disconnecting., which is out of his control.
