Its a very dishonest Company there always trying to go like with me this Is not Department and believe me this Company its very much capricious arrogant Peoples work there I can handle very well in English I knows Law Enforcement an never said to hola Como ests hello how you doing the its what the mean some over 20 years hi is DT LT others around 15 years this is a Detective and The other one Internal Affair and DT LT this one that last for a lease 10 years never said anything to me in Spanish at all whatsoever always this Company state farm there like to say we have interpreted the its why I mentioned this Law Enforcement so I dont really understand what kind Of English there Talk to me Im back and forth around 18 Months always come with excuses anyones in the claims Department can do what the others does in the Department making excuses oh this one has your case and when transferred to her in my case never pick up the phone and never called back at all whatsoever its the number 4 worst company advisedly right here and its for a reason they like transfer to other and just the way in order there putting in hold for as long it taken to make the costumers to cut the call I let them know that I dont go anywhere until I get my wishes to pay me the amount that Policy said
