Called 5 plumbers to get an estimate on a repair to a water intake line that was outside my house.Of the 3 that showed up Mayol was the only one that was on time, provided solutions instead of only pointing out problems, and their estimate was dead on. The only regret I have with them is that I wasted my time calling around instead of hiring them on the spot.

We had Mayol Plumbing install a water heater on August 18, 2021. Two fellows worked in the basement while the owner, Dale Nelson, remained on the first floor roaming throughout the house. Dale Nelson is a thief. He stole my wedding band and a $5000.00 diamond studded ring both of which I of course cherished. Further, he stole from my husband's train set he was building in the basement small expensive train cars, he stole baseball cards, and managed to get into our dining room buffet and stole expensive candle holders plus some garage items. I have researched him at length and have found that he steals from people for whom he does plumbing work. With the big boxes the water heaters come in for instance, he puts the stolen items in it, sets it on the street and a "trash" man Dale has working for him, comes to pick up the box with the stolen items. Dale is not allowed in our house ever again and keep in mind that he has been stealing for years in this manner. I am still trying to recover my jewelry and wedding band which has our initials engraved inside the band. Further, we notified Dale Nelson that we were no longer customers and did hire another company which did superb work which Nelson never did. I am working with the police and detectives with this serious theft. Dale Nelson's wife still has my rings but refuses to give them back to me. This is not over.    MT.  1/17/22

I called them to check out my air conditioning that stopped working. Without asking me they installed a part and put over 5 lbs of R22. It is illegal to put more than 2 lbs of this in any system. My bill was over 600. It stopped working less than 10hrs later. They still want all the money.lol.
