When we found the home we wanted the morning of October 23, 2020, my husband reached out to her immediately, and we had an appointment to see the home that evening which she attended , and made the offer. She had assisted us early on with securing a lender and getting pre approved so when we found the home it was a seamless process. We are so glad we found her!

Anaissa made my 1st home buying dream come to reality. She was not only a professional but she was on it everytine I sent her a listing to view a home. Contracts were always put in right away and then communication level with sellers agent was on point. I'm grateful and thankful for the experience I had with my real estate agent.

After a year and a half of struggling & trying everything on my own & w/ numerous other people & places I got lucky when I came across her & she kindly offered her services to help. Shes very knowledgeable about not just Chicago neighborhoods but the surrounding suburbs as well and has a surprisingly large database to choose from for any income. Shes very patient and understanding and from my experience will not put anyone in any situation she wouldnt want to be put in herself. She has a very positive and energetic vibe and knows how to talk & negotiate very well. I highly recommend working with her no matter if youre renting, buying or selling. Ive sent other people her way and shes done an excellent job with them as well!
