        Went to,Shake shack +for the first time today for carry out got 2 bacon cheese burgers when we got home there was no condiments at all on the burgers and they weren't even that big .wasn't very impressed with the place was also a little pricey for what you get. Could of went to a nice sit down restaurant for what we were charged.Won't be going back there anytime soon

        We went the day it opened so I get it. They were very busy. Paid almost $60 for an order of fries, two shakes, and what was supposed to be two cheeseburgers and a chicken shack. The chicken shack was on a gluten free bun, which we did not order. We were also charged for a shroom burger. Gross. We did not order that. The cheeseburgers did not have cheese. And we were charged for burgers, even though we ordered them with cheese. I submitted the issue online and they sent me a mobile gift card for $35 even though this location was not taking mobile/online orders. They changed the gift card for us. Onto the second visit. Two shakes. 3 burgers and fries. Over $40. This place is ridiculously overpriced. What is really hard to comprehend is they don't even put the condiments on the sandwiches. What if I was eating on the run? Also the sandwiches are in sleeves and not wrapped, the fires are just in an open platter. Nothing like having the food be lukewarm by the time you get home. They really need to rethink some of their procedures. The shakes are the only good thing about this place, but still not worth $6.29- $6.99. I was so excited for this location near my home to open up and I am really disappointed. I don't think the location in Washington D.C was nearly as expensive.

        Not a great experience, no one greets you upon entering, location is so claustrophobic and small. Not sure what they were thinking when building this so small. The food is mid, overpriced and this is the third time Ive made an online order with them forgetting something, so clearly they dont check bags. I dont think this location will do well in Bloomingdale. They should have made this spot an Andys

        1st and last time to a Shake Shack. Shake is in the company name yet there are very few flavors. It was nothing greater than a McDonalds shake in which even McDonalds has more than one size. There are more foods options than there are shakes. Im renaming it to Food Shack and some Shakes.

        Ive been going to Shake Shack for years and was excited to see Bloomingdale opening a Shake Shack since it's close to home. Enjoy having their gluten free burgers. I recently went and ordered my usual burger and received a half frozen bun. I asked if they could warm it up, manager said they would make a new one. He literally brings me out another burger with a frozen gluten free bun. I've never had this problem at Schaumburg or Oakbrook. I just pulled off the bun and ate the thin pattie. Shack Shake has never let me down.
