Very helpful staff! It was our first time at an Amazon Fresh store, and we wanted to try the shopping option where you just walk out. A greeter explained it all (really well), including how to log in to connect our account, how to use digital coupons, how to identify Amazon Prime discounts and even how to sign out if we opted not to buy anything. The aisles are spacious, everything is beautifully laid out, food and aisle signage are clear and easy to read, and the store is immaculate. Every staff member we passed checked in to see if we needed anything. It was a wonderful experience. We couldn't have chosen a better location to try this out.

It's ok. Prices aren't as good as they used to be...pretty much on par with other grocery stores. The smart carts are nice and make check out fast and easy, but they're smaller than normal carts and you can't take them out of the store. Also I've had some issues with items not being found on scan with the smart cart...you will need assistance from an employee to check out when this happens (which defeats the purpose)... or you have to put the item back

The store will provide you with anything you need. The grocery store is also very clean and they have reasonable prices.
