So far the process started. I'm excited to see all they say they will do for me. Being with my cracked upper denture being now the second time cracking. It looks to be weeks before I will have finished product so till then no real comment only that there trying.

While my experience with the actual people there was fine and good, it's the billing and appointments that are the absolute worst. The billing department is horrible, often use wrong codes and today getting a bill from 2 years ago that is incorrect. This is not the first time either. So many problems there and they are under staffed so for appointments, you are either waiting or the rescheduled most of the time. I am in the process of finding another provider. While I did find the people working there nice enough, it doesn't account for having to do all this to get insurance/ billing corrected. See a lot of reviews and its the same, at least for this location.

Im not typically a public complainer, but this type of service was unacceptable. Terrible wait time in the lobby and in the room. I made an appointment at 8am for a crown fitting, only to be told at 8:20 while Im sitting in the chair that the dentist wouldnt be in until 9am. I rescheduled for the same day at 11:30. After a 30 minute wait in the lobby, I was finally taken into a room at 12pm. Dentist came in at 12:05, and seemed to be in a rush. He put the numbing gel in my mouth for a few seconds (not enough to numb the area), proceeded to inject me with the novacaine which was extremely painful because the gel wasnt applied long enough. I expressed that it was super painful, to be told hes almost done. After given the novacaine, I then sat in the room waiting for the dentist for another 20 minutes. At that point, I went to the check-out desk and asked for a refund and left the facility. I had severe jaw pain until the following morning, where I couldnt open my mouth fully to eat or talk without pain. Side note: They wouldnt make a cleaning appointment alongside my general check up appointment time, as the dentist had to see which type of cleaning I needed. Ive never experienced this with any other dental facility. What an inconvenience. If you need dental care, dont choose Aspen.
