        How many times have I gone there and never had normal service, everyone who works there is rude, not professional! And theres nothing left there and its very expensive!

        Wow just wow.. No customer service. No employees. Went around the store 3 times to just find leather dye.. Why don't they have the number on the aisle where is located on the website.

        Horrible or NO customer Service! Back in January I had placed an online order for curbside pick up and at arrival there was a sign to pick up inside. I did go inside only to find an employee to be very rude. I went home and sent a note to customer service but only received an automated reply and then a follow up stating it would be handled by a superior, but I am still waiting for a response from a real person. So here I am a month later and I give the store another try only to find the same situation. This time the cashier was the only one very busy with a long line and when I asked who could help me she said that she could, if I got into the long line of shoppers. If I could do that, I would not order online at all. There was also an older couple looking around for help and asked me. Unfortunately, I could not help them but they were obviously there waiting awhile and looking around for someone to help them. :( Don't go to Joann's unless you have a lot of time to waste and even more patience to wait in line and do not expect even the minimum customer service.
