Manager. Was a total jerk they sold me a phone with hardly any memory. Who in the hell goes for an upgrade and gets a phone with LEss memory Poor training on employees

The manager, Austin, was amazing. He spent a lot of time, made phone calls and answered my questions regarding an issue that I was unable to solve on my own. I was so impressed with his patience and professionalism as he worked to find a solution to the problem. As an older adult, technology can sometimes be overwhelming. I was so grateful to Austin for his respectful customer service.

Forgot the mans name, but on 01-16-2024 around 1:50-2:00, helped me gain access back to my account and helped me set up my eSIM. After spending almost 4 hours with Customer Support, I was placed with three different people and they were not able to solve my issues. It was very frustrating so I called this store, and the man on the line was knowledgeable and respectful. Props to him honestly.. I was very satisfied with his help which is why Im rating the store 5 stars.
