        Worst branch ever, just go to Bartlett location, it's far more better customer service. I was about to canceled my account, but not anymore, now I just drive little further and get to Bartlett location.

        AWFUL AWFUL customer service ! As u can see from all the terrible reviews, this place is the dinosaur of banks! Hands down the worst with technology, and if u are a Zelle user then this isnt the bank for you. Dont choose just because its local . Its not worth the headache!
