If I could give zero stars I would. Staff is incredibly rude, and they just make an educated guess as to whats wrong with you instead of running tests and panels and throw broad spectrum antibiotics at you. Id rather take my chances with no healthcare. Im new ish to this area and Im unfortunately a more sickly person, I truly hope theres better healthcare than this in this area.

If I could give less stars I would. The staff is so rude. Especially to children. The nurse came out and made comments to my children while we were checking in and then made a comment about how they didnt seem to be sick at all. She asked me or my husband to go sit with them in the waiting room while we get seen I told her the kids were the patients. Not us. We left as soon as they told us we had to be in separate rooms. We found out from a different urgent care that both kids had strep. Each time we go we have an awful experience but this was the last straw for me. Will not be going back or referring anyone else there.

Absolutely horrible staff , each time Ive went with my kids a lady name Darla and Diane have been rude. The NP made unprofessional comments about my kids and I to the other nurses and I got upset and walked out after being left in a waiting room for almost 2 hours . I will never be back ever again

Not the service I would have expected from a medical facility. I understand I arrived right before 8pm, but needless to say I arrived while the place was open and I expected to receive the same patient care and respect as if I were to have arrived earlier. Professionalism was awful, nurse came stumbling in, laughing, tossing the clipboard on the counter while the other nurse was getting our information. Then I was asked why I was concerned with my son being sick! Very rude! Could definitely tell they were in a hurry to get out of the building. Will not be back to this facility.
