5 stars all the way. John was the one who took my car and helped me set up a tow for the next day. I have a 65 thunderbird and its nice to get someone who knows old cars! John was super friendly, engaged in conversation and made sure i was taken care of on drop off and that i had a way back. Friendliness and customer service is what makes a business and he provided it! Thank you

After waiting 2 hours for our insurances roadside assistance, only to be told they couldnt help us and that we would have to put in another ticket and start the entire process again, my coworker recommended Bethalto Star Towing. Logan was great! He gave me a price upfront and said he could be there in 15-20 minutes. He arrived in that time quickly completed the job and charged exactly what he quoted. And hes super nice. My husband said he didnt care if we were in Albuquerque the next time we need help, were calling Bethalto Star Towing. Services: Battery service, Tire change
