        Ladies in the office are great. Not sure why a pool company can't work on ANY of my equipment, but that's not the worst part, they wasted a lot of my time. Didn't tell me when they came out in the fall that they couldn't work on my equipment, even after I sent pictures and a guy came out to look at it. The guy told me a plan of what he could do and suggested I call back in the spring to schedule it. He came back in the spring, went as far as disconnecting some pipes from the filter to look at it, said he would need to order a part. Put it back together improperly (it had a new leak that wasn't there before), and then proceeded to not follow up or anything. So we waited almost a month before contacting them to see if the part was ordered and if they were coming back, at which point they finally said it would be best if we found someone else because they don't work on our type of filter.... So left us with another thing to repair. Had they been honest, we could have found someone else a long time ago. I don't appreciate being told he would order a part and then completely ghosted.
