I had attempted unsuccessfully to sell my property three times prior to receiving a cold marketing letter from Robert Bailey of ARNI in March of 2016. After telephonically interviewing Robert, I was a little worried because he was somewhat new to professional representation of actual real estate customers but, I prayed and told myself, "working with him might be the fresh viewpoint my house sales endeavor required". It turned out that I was more than correct. Robert's assurance, professionalism, enthusiasm, and overall nice demeanor proved to be the missing piece in my sales plan! If I ever need another realtor in the Chicago region, Robert is my first pick. I wholeheartedly endorse Robert!

Rob did a great job of helping us find the right home. He was patient and very knowledgeable about the different areas we visited. Every question we asked was responded to promptly. Couldnt have asked for better service from a realtor.
