I typically have a terrible experience at this location. They always tell me the Baskin Robbins isnt open. And if it is, they say they dont have chocolate or strawberry ice cream. Makes no sense to me. This has happened to me no less than 5 times so we stopped coming. However, the other night my husband and I stopped in and ordered some milkshakes. Victor helped us and he was kind and helpful and made no fuss about getting us what wed like to order. So my 5 stars is for Victor. Hes the one positive thing about this location!
