I love the professionalism of the staff here.is the most welcoming dental office Ive ever been to.I went to Dr Dawoud in search of perfecting my smile. Before meeting Dr Dawaud and the staff I never smiled. As I write this review Im bursting with happy tears. I felt at home from the movement I walked through the door. I appreciate the warm friendly approach. My presence was extremely emotional to me the staff handled me well care From their front desk to the hygienist. Dental assistant and my dentist. I appreciate such a warm, safe, clean, and professional environment. I now have the smile Ive always wanted! If youre looking for a dental office that cares about you as a person, and who is also highly skilled in INPANT Cosmetic Procedures (among many other procedures)-look no further! These guys are the real deal, and such a fun and friendly team Thank you for giving me my SMILE back

I was being seen by my original dentist for over 15 years and have only had 2 cavities in my lifetime. She recently retired and I was on Medicaid and needed a new dentist. Due to being in school I hadnt had a cleaning in over a year and found this place and it had great reviews so I decided to give it a try. The front staff was very polite. I had X-rays done and upon examining my teeth Dr. Askar said I had 7 cavities. I thought that was odd and said Ive never had cavities like that before and I dont have any pain. He then told me that they are shallow and thats why I dont feel pain. So I decided to trust his opinion cause hes the dentist and all professionals in the healthcare field take oaths. So I asked when signing the paper if he could write down which teeth he would be working on before I sign. He said well I dont know which ones Ill be working on. I might see more cavities while filling in the others. That was a red flag and instead of trusting my gut I agreed. He worked on the 7 teeth and then cleaned my teeth but barely did anything and didnt buffer or floss, literally the bare minimum to the point when I left my teeth didnt feel clean. I return home and try to clean my teeth and couldnt get the floss between the teeth he worked on. I return to the practice in which Dr. Askar was very rude and didnt take accountability for doing a poor job with the fill-ins and kept saying things like where is the problem I dont see it and that wasnt my work but I can fix it for you. He didnt apologize not once. And mind you prior to this appointment Ive never had troubles flossing my teeth or any teeth issues in general. I then told him I feel he did a poor job of cleaning my teeth and didnt even polish them and both him and the dental hygienist said oh thats only for kids. Ive spoken to multiple dentists since then who have confirmed that this isnt true. Ever since he worked on my teeth Ive been having issues with pain with eating and sensitivity. A couple weeks later I went back and asked to be seen by Dr. Dawoud. He was very nice and apologized on his employees behalf and tried to reassure me but by this point the damage was done. And even with Dr. Dawoud adjusting some of the fill-ins I still had issues. So I had to go to another dentist and pay out of pocket. Come to find out, the main tooth that was causing me pain, a cavity formed under the fill-in Dr. Askar did. Again, never had any problems with my teeth prior to Dr. Askar working on them. I had to pay out of pocket for that tooth to get redone. I would highly suggest going somewhere else if possible. And just a note to anyone looking for a dentist or going to a new dental office, if they tell you you have all these cavities or need work done and youve never had cavities or oral issues in your life and have no pain and overall good oral hygiene, run and get a second opinion elsewhere.

Professional and welcoming staff. I loved my teeth cleaning this was the best I had in a long while.

I came in with a very infected abscess. I had to have an extraction. Dr. Askar was awesome. He got the tooth out with almost no pain. Love this office. Highly recommend

Dr. Dawoud is great and works fast. He's done 2 root canals, one filling and an extraction so far. Every time I go in him and his staff are welcoming and very accommodating. Appointments are always available for a week out it seems so that's even better. Fair pricing for the work done. I couldn't recommend him more.
