        The worst, I dropped off my vehicle 3 months ago and told the service department what the issue was after having it checked and scanning and checking it my self and then they said that that that wasn't the issue and told me I needed new coils, Valve coves and oil change all to tell me it didn't fix the problem and now it at the 3rd month all while I am communicating with the service manager Alex and he never returns calls except for once in 3 months. He told me it's better to communicate through email but I received 1 email. He said give me til Monday to wrap everything up and that's Ben 3 weeks ago. We Shocks hands and Never again heard from him again. Find somewhere else to take your vehicle instead of here.

        There service department seems like they did there best but between my Insurance (State Farm) and Berwyn Kia, Im hearing a lot of inconsistencies regarding the status of my vehicle and whether or not my final supplement has been received.
