They installed a water system in our office and even though there were some hiccups with delivery and the first system being faulty they got us a new one as fast as they could and even went the extra mile to add a drainage so the previous issue wouldn't happen again. My manager said there was some unfriendliness when he called to get an update on delivery but I assume whoever it was was just having a bad day. I've only had pleasant encounters with the employees. Would recommend!

We are so happy with our water system that we have from Water Specialties Group. Scott was wonderful to work with. He listened to our concerns and recommended the system that would be best for us. His follow up is amazing. I would recommend this company....great customer service. Thank you!!

From start to finish I can't say enough positive comments about this company. Scott came to my home and took the time to carefully analyze our needs before making a recommendation. He did not try and sell us the Cadillac of water softeners. Rather, he recommended one appropriate for our family size and water usage. We did not feel pressured and pricing was straightforward. The install occurred several weeks later and the installer was top-notch. He offered several options and treated our home like it was his. Scott returned a few weeks after the install to make sure we were happy and tested our water again to insure the softener was making a difference - it was. We are using less soap and we see less water spots on our bathroom fixtures. There is no doubt the softener is making a difference. I highly recommend Water Specialties Group. They are a no nonsense company who know what they are doing.
