The food is no longer useful...they are not clean and greasy, the rice is no longer good

This was a horrible experience! THERE WAS A FINGER NAIL IN THE FOOD!!! not only that but I asked for utensils and only got 4 forks! This was for our visitors visiting our company we were all disappointed WE CALLED TWICE AND NO ONE ANSWERED Definitely NEVER ORDERING FROM THIS PLACE

At all the time I been a Hoya costumer this is the worst experience I ever have I found a hair on my food and a roach on my soup and the manager didnt even apologize or nothing he just ask me to take of from my check the soup and the orange chicken horrible experience never ever will back to this place I hope health department visit this place

Totally disappointed. The food arrived cold, did not taste fresh, the white rice and fried rice were stuck together in clumps. The main dishes were covered in sauce that did not taste like it was seasoned right. I called and Jimmy who called himself manager said they can offer a credit for next visit, I said there will be no next time. I asked to speak to manager, he said mall he was and owners are never there. Will not order from there ever again.
