Horrible customer service with poor communication. delivery personnel have no context which is more frustrating.

Being new to oxygen use I must say that this company provided awful customer service. I had to drag out information from them on prices and processes for portable concentrator and bubbler for current machine. After advising me that they need doctors approval, the doctor forwards and then they need it on their special form. Terrible disappointment and frustrating.

Absolutely terrible medical supply company. Doctor ordered me a portable 02 concentrator on March 21st. It is now May 1st and they still have not provided me the equipment. 6 weeks without such a necessary device is nothing short of scandalous. They provide ZERO communication, ZERO callbacks, and ZERO updates as to the status of anything. When I call, no one knows anything and they continually blame delays on it being "another department's" responsibility. These are desperately needed medical services that they treat with the most cavalier possible attitude. Avoid at all costs. They suck.

This place delivered a walker to the hospital before I went home. The walker is a defect. DOES NOT WORK. I called this place and they are giving me a run around. Medicare will know about this and they will get their money if you people don't give me a walker that works! I'm reporting this to the BBB!!!!
