I called my PCP VNA Health main number and explained I had just tested positive for Covid. They said they could fit me into their Bensenville Clinic right away, and be sure to wear a mask. Great. I am in a high risk category and was hoping I might be able to get Flaxlovid or Resmividir. I went there and they refused to see me. I was told there is absolutely nothing that can be done for Covid, you just have to wait it out or go to the ER if I had difficulty breathing. I understand healthcare workers have been to hell and back, the past few years, but why on earth would you tell a sick person to drive to your clinic and then refuse to see them? I went home and called VNA Health main number and spoke with a very nice lady Desere, who said her supervisor George would call me back in 5 or 10 minutes. Hour later no call so I called again and was again told George would call me back. Still no phone call. Hence this review. I will be calling Blue Cross Blue Shield Friday to explain these circumstances and requesting a new PCP.

I went here to get a flu vaccine booster for my baby, besides the fact that they didn't give it to her, they wanted to charge me for a consultation of $75dls, they asked me if my daughter was legal, which we are, first point I'm sure that's it. It doesn't matter why they are asking it, secondly I am clear that there is no cost for a flu vaccine, I received bad treatment from these people at the reception and a doctor I don't know her name but I remember her perfectly, it didn't seem like that to me. I decided to go to another VNA where they treated me incredibly and clearly they didn't have to charge me any cost. These people are very arrogant, it seems like they don't like doing their job, rubbish only if they have the opportunity, better go somewhere else for attention
