    Save your money and go elsewhere. They don't clean the pool daily. Our bathroom sink did not drain good at all. Beds were HORRIBLE. Took 15 mins to get HOT water. The bathroom walls were peeling. So noisy with doors slamming and we had teenagers in the room next to us. Sounded like they had wrestling matches till 3am. The best part was wanted to do laundry before we left. Went to the facility and both were out of order. Called the desk to see if each floor had one and he tells me you need to pack up your stuff and walk across the parking lot to the Holiday Inn and do our laundry there. WTH!!!

    Beds are clean and comfortable, and the breakfast is above average for hotels, but there is no water pressure in the shower and the shower head sucks on top of that to make it even harder to get clean. Rooms: Rooms are about what you would expect for a budget hotel, but definitely on the clean side. Showers are terrible with no water pressure (I was on the third floor, so potentially better on the first) and weird rotating shower heads that mostly leaked out whatever pressure managed to make it up there Walkability: Basically no walkability nearby as it is on a busy street with no sidewalks for about half a mile in either direction.

    Stayed here for a park and stay before our vacation out of the ohare airport. Rooms are nothing short of a horror movie. The door opened without the key just pushed it open. The door was marked up and filthy. The room had an odd odor tv barely worked. Stains everywhere. Cleaning was minimal. The shuttle service was terrible. Between the lying from the front desk to the lying of the actual shuttle driver. Took an hour to get picked up the front desk kept saying he was there at the airport then he gave me the drivers personal number to which no answer- wasnt surprised. When the shuttle did arrive he said he just started his shift. Just mass confusion. Only stayed because we were flying out early the next morning. My kids didnt even sleep. 10 out of 10 would not recommend.

    Myself and daughters wanted a lil getaway Where very excited about the pool ,and Jacuzzi!!! We had the best experience ever, Staff went above, and beyond to make sure we where comfortable and had everything we needed. They sell snacks and ice cream where reasonable prices the Free breakfast was scrumptious and you where allowed to take it to the room. We where able to wash clothes and they sold detergent for very cheap. Thank you so much I definitely recommend it and will be returning again. Rooms: Room exceptionally clean and room service. Safety: Staff attentive and cameras for safety Food & drinks: Best breakfast Noteworthy details: The pool hours should be longer because the downfall is they closed it earlier the sign said. Regardless it was a nice experience.

    Horrendous customer service. I called to verify my reservations 3x prior to my arrival, when I arrived I waited for 15mins for someone to come check me in but I had to call the office phone for someone to come check me in, 10mins later he walked through the front door, proceeded to tell me I had no reservation. I explained I was dropping my car off and I would be staying the night for my return flight. After going back and forth for him to find my reservation I went on my way. I came back for my return stay, I walked through the doors to an overwhelming smell of pot and a dirt towel in front of the sliding door, I told the same guy that I needed my room key, as I checked in Thursday and paid in full. It took him 20mins to find my reservation after having to spell my name multiple times for him to pull up someones elses reservation , when I told him that wasnt me he insisted I needed to confirm what was on the screen even though it wasnt my name. When he finally pulled my name up he wanted to charge me again and I said absolutely not because I paid in full already. Needless to say when I checked my credit card today I had a second total pending. I do not recommend this place at all. I understand its Chicago and weed is legal but when it comes to doing your job, maybe you should reconsider doing that.
