Literally vanished on my wife as we were moving to to the area from out of state. Said she'd send over her schedule so they could look at housing and that was the last we heard. No response to messages ect. Great start to moving back to Illinois. All she had to do was say she wasnt interested in working with us and we would have been fine with it and moved on. Being her age and disappearing with 0 explaination is unacceptable as a professional and somewhat shocking considering my wife was living in a MOTEL as we looked for fast temporary housing while she started a new job in a new to her City. Not what I expected in the middle of relocating 2000 miles. Words can't even express my utter dissapointment with this entire situation.

Debbie was a pleasure to work with every step of the way. She went out of her way to make sure I had a good experience even after I found a place to live. She was very kind, knowledgeable, responsive, and she is great at what she does.

Belvedere ill I sold my house, unfortunately I used and sighed a contract with Debbie Carlson Berkshire Hathaway. From the start she was salty, sarcastic, rude. After a month I wanted nothing more to do with her, she would screw up paper work and not return phone calls, she refused to let me out of the contract and if I fifed her couldnt list it again for 30 days. This was a high stress home sale as the house had to be sold as quickly as possible. I finally me real-estate attorney got involved as she had seen nothing like Debbie before and was extremely frustrated with her. My attorney also asked why her commission was 2% higher than anyone else in the area, no response, lowering her commission to the going rate would have helped the sale again she refused. My attorney and I had very serious conversations about reporting her ethics. The house sold and never heard from her again thank goodness. If you are considering using her consider again. There are many more professional realtors out there that will work with you, answer your questions and your phone calls, and wont be so difficult. Oh and quite a bit cheaper to do the same job.
