It was a first for me to have a company, represented by Steve, come to my property and tell me I have to sign a contract before they would even consider the job. That is a huge red flag. I asked for a quote and was told that would be a waste of their time and they would not do it as it was an insurance claim. I am expanding the original claim with an addition to the property. Why on earth would I or anyone sign a contract without a quote first?! Steve was extremely unprofessional and didn't even bring a notebook or a tool to take notes. It was a quick decision to say no, go.

We had hail damage from the November 2020 storm on our new homes roofing and siding. Titan services came out the week I contacted them and got the ball rolling with our insurance asap. I didnt have to worry about anything as it went smoothly. As soon as the weather was warm enough, Steve had his team at our house working on the roof, siding and gutters. Our home looks like a whole place and has received so many compliments! Apparently the way our house is in a windy area because we have had other weather related issues and Titan is always willing to come out and get things fixed up right away! Great service and great company!

My roof was replaced on August 12th, 2017. Steve and Rosemary have been excellent to work with. The crew who installed the roof was very kind, cleanly as if i didn't have work done that day. My daughter was married and we had out of town guests. Working out a payment plan was easy.

We had storm damage on our roof. They responded immediately and gave an estimate and explained in detail that I easily understood. On the day of installation they showed up early and stripped and replaced shingles,gutters,flashing. The cleanup was remarkable. I was impressed.
