BMO Bank N.A Branches

20 minutes into a phone call and I can't get anyone at the branch location on the phone. sending me through the robot loop with endless unsolicited info. press zero for operator and it sends me back through the list. Will be taking my money somewhere else

The employees at this location dont know their left foot from their right foot. I called for a fraudulent charge on my account that they apparently couldnt see but I could see it. I told them I dont shop at this place and I havent since last year and they basically said I was screwed and offered no solution besides giving me a new debit card. This is why whenever I get a deposit it is automatically taken out of my account by me because I cant trust them to help me if something goes wrong.

So the light(open sign)above the drive through window lane has been out for sometime now. Ive mentioned this to the teller however its still out. Yesterday the lines were very long in their very short drive through. Im guessing people did not realize the window lane was open. I was there for the ATM. I believe the lobby is still closed down which means even more folks in the drive through, even saw people walking up to the drive through window( yet people in cars still didnt catch on that the window was open for business too).

You cant even get through to anyone on the phone. How are you supposed to find out anything about the location of no one answers the phone?
