Courtyards Belvidere

I had no place to go in the middle of winter and they worked with me to get me in an apartment. They gave me a chance when I needed it. Been here going on 3 years and haven't had any issues. My apartment is clean and bug free..

No communication from management/landlord. The landscapers come at all hours to take care of the grass with no regards for the tenants. Maintenance never fully completes requests and they have to be hassled to come and do anything. 10/10 would NOT recommend this complex.

This place has gone down hill looks like the west end projects in Rockford as I work long hours come home late no parking in the parking lot close to my apartment but I payed for a sticker to park an for what Ive complained many of times about a bug problem still nothing has been done I could list more than a hand full of things they up your rent dont say nothing til you go sign your lease which Im pretty sure there supposed to give you a 30 day notice if not longer. So if you wanna pay $800 or more or what ever they want you to pay for rent to live in a box with bugs go ahead
