Pinnacle installed our security/fire alarm system while our house was being built nearly18 years ago.  Over the years whenever we experienced any type of service issue or just wanted to chat, Bill and Bryan would be there to assist.  Most recently we experienced multiple issues that popped up mainly due to the aging of our system.  Although it took several trips to troubleshoot and get to the root of the issue(s), they didn't stop working on the system until they got it back to proper working order.  I can't speak highly enough of the timeliness, workmanship, and professionalism of the employees of Pinnacle.  I wish I could depend on others as much as I do the folks at Pinnacle.  You can't go wrong with them.

I purchsed a phone system from Pinnacle 11 years ago, and have never had any problems until year 11, when the voice mail system went out.  Pinnacle came out withing 24 hours, assessed and fixed the problem.  I was amazed that they remember who I was after 11 years, and they treated me as if I just purchased the system yesterday.
