Tried to make an appointment and phone was answered by a recording that requested my telephone number and PIN number. I do not have a PIN number because I would be a new patient. There were no other options on the recording and no other numbers listed online. Must not want new patients.

Is anyone else having trouble getting through to the office for appt setting? I keep getting a msg that says to enter my phone number & pin?!? Anyone??

Dr. Dobbs was personable and professional. Took good care of my medical issue in a prompt manner (thank goodness). Very much appreciated.

My daughter went to Dr. Dobbs with a cyst on her lip. We explained that she's had two surgeries on these before and that they are Mucosal Cysts. He said he didn't believe that is what it was and thought it was a callus. Two weeks later the cyst burst and swelled up her lip so bad that she had to go to Urgent Care. The nurse there told her it was probably a cyst and to see another ENT. The new ENT confirmed it was a Mucocal Cyst and stated it obviously was one, so he's not sure why Dr. Dobbs would have diagnosed it wrong. She had two cysts removed, but now more have appeared because the previous cyst burst and spread throughout her lip. What makes me more mad was that I called Dr. Dobbs' office to tell him he misdiagnosed my daughter and that I just wanted to tell him to next time listen to your patients, but he never returned my phone call. I would not recommend Dr. Dobbs.
