        I really like Cholula's: the food and drinks are excellent! However, the waitress at lunchtime is not friendly at all. She seems totally uninterested. It always baffles me when I witness someone in the service industry that is not cordial! It is so detrimental to the business, and it seems to me that the tips would be much better if they were a tad friendlier?
