image Roho does not answer their phones. On hold for 40 minutes with still no one live and I was first in the queue! And still no return call even after leaving messsges every day for ten days straight. Not gonna worry about warranty (if there is any) just gonna find another manufacturer and pay cash. My insurance wont pay for another cushion until three years from the last purchase. But Ill gladly pay cash just to through this piece of junk away. Im tired of all the holes opening up on my last three roho cushions.

A home health company had` purchased a mosaic seat cushion for me about 4 or 5 months ago. The seat cushion came with a 12-month warranty. The Seat Cushion ended up not being able to inflate anymore and it was always losing air so I ended up calling Permobile, "The Roho seat cushion company", to file a warranty claim. As I had given them my serial number for the seat cushion they had told me that that seat cushion was actually purchased by the vendor two years ago to where my warranty was not valid. I said well why is a warranty not given when the item is purchased by the end customer?, and now you're not willing to back up your warranty?! The customer service rep that I spoke to told me "well it's in the handbook, and you should know that".
How am I supposed to know that when I'm not an employee of the Roho Incorporated. So not only was she rude and lacked a personal moral standard, she was very steadfast that they were not going warranty the Cushion . They're not going to warranty from the date of purchase, theyre only going to warranty from the time that their vendor purchase it from their company. So please be aware that Roho does not stand by behind their product. As soon as it leaves their warehouse to their vendor, that's when the warranty starts. So, do not be deceived by this company. Their product is garbage so, please seek another company for an inflatable seat cushion to help you with the discomfort. I have hydrogenitis supportiva which is an auto- immune deficienmany. Cysts, ( counted more than a couple bakers dozen- in the folds of the groin area), I definitely understand the value of a inflatable cushion that distributes the weight equally to where you don't have a lot of pressure on those cysts or bed sores. But you're not going to find that relief with the Roho lineup of inflatable seat cushions. And if for some reason that's all you can get, then make sure that you purchase it within the 12 months that it leaves that company's doorstep. Because if you don't you're going to go through what I'm going through right now. You're going to be trying to find the phone number to the VP of sales of Roho. You're also going to tell as many people as you can about the immoral, degraded standard of this company.
There are plenty other decent companies out there that will stand by their product. I was a Southern national sales manager for a very prominent company. Our warranty didn't start till the day the actual customer in need, purchases the Item. And I'm talking about the end customer, not the vendor!!!
Shame on a company that does this type of stuff. We're not coming to him because we want something new and innovative we're coming to them because we are very sick and ill and we need equipment to Aleve discomfort and pain.
I guess that's why they only average about two stars across the board no matter where you find a review of ROHO.
