        I work for a company that sales these appliances. I have found they do not value the customer enough to go out when it is not working right to evaluate the problem even in the first year after purchase. I do not remembered anybody who is looking for a company to back a product to buy from this company. I pray you will take this into consideration before you perchance any product made by Premier. I will be contacting consumer affairs on this matter. If I could do less than one stair I would.

      What kind of problem did you have with any of our stoves? Furthermore, I see that this happened more than a year ago and until now you are complaining. Things sometimes don't work well also because of the way the customer treats the products. But if you have a claim, call the store where you bought the stove directly and they will take care of the rest. Just remember that you have a claim deadline.
