        Excellent service and communication. They came and fixed my 17 year old AC instead of trying to sell me a new one. Technicians were friendly, knowledgeable, and cleaned up after. This company is honest, fair, and fast. I will definitely use them again.

        We have used Thermodyne for several years after dealing with a fraudulent HVAC company dictated by a former home warranty contract we had. Ever since then, Thermodyne has been our go-to company for anything HVAC related. Their service is honest and fair-priced and their technicians have always been top notch. We had Richard out for our most recent AC clean and check. He was highly skilled and efficient, arrived right on time and provided a quality service to keep our units running properly. I wont hesitate to call them for any future HVAC needs. Service: A/C system maintenance

      We serviced your system as a subcontractor for your warranty company and diagnosed a failed component that they were supposed to send out. They did not ship it. Since then, our contract with them has changed and they are trying to get us to cover this part that was condemned in August. It is not our responsibility. We work extremely hard to maintain a high rating so I would appreciate it if you would remove this unfair review and direct your anger where it belongs.
