Michael is a pros pro and I cant recommend him enough. Hes knowledgeable, a strong communicator, and overall just a really good guy. I found Michael by happenstance (via Google) when I needed an after hours service call for furnace issues we were having on a very cold evening. He arrived promptly, diagnosed the issue quickly, and provided me with a detailed explanation as to next steps to get everything running properly. Im excited to have finally found a go-to person and company for our HVAC needs and will be enrolling in MASS Hearing & Airs routine HVAC service program to keep our system running properly.
