Stephanie in the O'Fallon Illinois store has served me the last two times. I will continue to look for her for that next haircut . She does a great job. She's attentive to requests and is able to do a great and quick job, keeping you occupied in conversation the entire time. Always good, and often difficult, to find someone that does it the way you like it! Mark W.

I don't like leaving negative reviews, but I just had my second really concerning experience at this location after about a year and a half of haircuts here. In November, I had a hairdresser mess up the back of my head and try to hide it from me. I didn't realize how bad it was until I got home, or I would've stopped her and had someone else fix it. Today, the same hairdresser sat me down and tried to give me a haircut with trimmers that were filled with the previous customer's hair and completely unsanitized. When I asked if that was the previous customer's hair on the trimmers, she just said she that had brushed it off. You're supposed to sanitize hairdressing equipment to prevent the spread of lice and fungus. This hairdresser's station was inexcusably unsanitary. I'm never going back to the O'Fallon Illinois Great Clips location.
