Wingstop

It took well over an hour to get my food. When I finally got it it was cold. Not only cold but the wings were hard and very small. I called the store twice about my missing food only to be told to call door dash. I placed the order directly with them on their website and paid them directly, not door dash. They put me on hold again when I asked to speak to a manager which never happened! Very poor customer service and food wasn't even edible.

Soda was disgusting. Wings and fries were cold. Watched employees lock the mens bathroom after using it so customers cant use it

Eat here all the time food was always amazing and fresh . Lately Ive been going and have been disappointed this location has hired new staff and my food has not been the same unless I order on weekends when the original staff crew is there. My food has been under cooked a few times I always ask to have my food remade and they are very nice about remaking it but the time I have to wait Im not even hungry anymore.

Horrible customer service. We placed a call in order at 1:45 to be picked up at 3:30. Food was not ready. At 3:45 my wife was told it would be another 15 minutes. She finally got our order at 4:05 Will not eat here again nor recommend anyone else to.
