I never got the opportunity to actually see D. Jones, so I can't say much on her but her office staff (or at least the lady who answers the phone is HORRIBLE AND JUST RUDE). I have called several times to get information to how my initial evaluation will be billed so I can make sure the visit will be covered by insurance. She basically told me that she didn't know what to tell me because billing came from Springfield. I've worked in the medical field before and asking about benefit coverage pior to an appointment is a pretty standard thing. I ended up telling the lady to just cancel my appointment in WHICH SHE then ended up hanging up on me. Just very disappointed the customer service provided by this office.

I have been with Dr. Jones through hell and high water. I have not always been the best patient doing risky stuff most of our tenure together. I believe over 8 years. Very professional, culturally competent, and proactive about my health. Highly recommended!

Dr Jones has been my primary care provider for 3-4 years now, and she is professional, caring, and thorough. She is friendly, but doesn't waste time simply visiting and conversing whereby we run out of time. When I need a referral, Dr Jones and the staff at the practice take care of it quickly and efficiently. I respect Dr Jones and I like her... I feel like I'm in good hands medically.

Dr. Jones is always pleasant and caring....and efficient! Her staff is always so kind and helpful. And when she sends you across the hall for labs, well let me tell you, those ladies are just the sweetest! So....it seems that EVERYONE in that building is wonderful!
Oh, and this is over a 3 year period.
