The doctor office receptionist named ANGIE is beyond unprofessional and rude!!! HER ATTITUDE IS ABSOLUTELY APPALLING!!!! She should be terminated. If I could give a 0 star review I would. I called to let them know I would be running a few minutes late. She kept interrupting me while I was trying to explain to her the severity of this doctor appointment, she kept cutting me off after every other word. When I finally asked to speak to her manager because of the harsh, blunt, unprofessional way in which she was speaking, she yelled COME ON IN!!!. (Was this some sort of threat?) Well, thats how she made it sound. She told me we wouldnt be able to make it because our appointment was at 1:30pm and it was 1:31. She kept repeatedly arguing with me demanding I tell her where I am. She stated WHERE ARE YOU!? Are you in the parking lot!? If youre not in the parking lot walking in you cant come!! She stated we would have to reschedule and they arent open to anymore appointments until January. They will not be taking care of my mother. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I could tell this particular receptionist felt privileged the way she was speaking. She has probably been speaking to patients like this for years and has been getting away with it. People like her do NOT need to work in healthcare! Period. Its sad that the doctor has such a bitter person working in his office, because she is making him lose clients.
