This company does not communicate effectively with its residential customer base. Unfortunately, trash didnt get picked up the day after MLK day this year but trash was picked up the day after Christmas, the day after New Years, etc.

This is probably the laziest of lazy. They dont know how to operate a simple piece of machinery to lift and set down garbage cans. Instead they just fling them around and leave them down in my ditch. Dont even bother talking to someone. They will just say oh its automated pickup and they cant pick up trash outside your cans. Really? Isnt that your job? To pick up trash? Let me guess they are paid 20$ and hour to sit in a truck doing nothing. Great. While I am paying you to pick up trash and youre not doing a service Im paying for. Next time go to a store buy something and have the cashier take it away and you cannot have it. But you still have to pay for it. Completely ridiculous and about the laziest people I have ever seen. Im going to record it every single time so something can be done about this. So city hall can how bs the sanitation department is.
