    I couldn't be happier with my new purchase. David was awesome at getting me into the vehicle I wanted. We were treated great by all of the staff. I would absolutely recommend Cardinal and for sure will be the only dealership for me from now on.

    Bait and switch tactics on the front side of the deal. I had to fight for the price advertised on line. High pressure sales tactics in the finance office. He didnt want to take no for an answer. Ran our credit on multiple platforms but didnt give the opportunity to view or select the financing that was good for us. They came back with an offer that I assume was good for them not me. Had to fight to get an ok rate. In hindsight, I should have just went somewhere else for the financing. We were forced to purchase the Nitro fill and didnt receive and documentation or proof that we even received anything at all. Felt like a scam. This was not a good first car buying experience for my daughter. It was a good thing I was there so she didnt get railroaded.

    Cars were not cleaned up prior to delivery. I had to spend 2 hours cleaning interior and glass. The windows werent even touched. The suction cup marks from the factory were still on the windows. The paperwork took extremely too long. The salesman was not versed on the electronics in the cars. He couldnt guide me through the screen and menu. I had a military discount I wanted to pass on to a friend who bought a car the day before I bought mine but I was told it was too late to get him that reward. The salesman should have inquired if we qualified. I inquired if they do pinstripes on cars and thought Id get a little something extra after buying 2 cars within 24 hours and spending close to $100,000.00. The salesman said they didnt have anyone there who could do that. In addition to all that, I thought it was a bad bad business practice to put extras on the vehicle that I didnt ask for nor want, such as putting nitrogen in the tires to the tune of $249.00.
