I only adopt sheltered dogs and it has been a great relationship with them except for the last one. She actually broke the ulna in my right arm. My issue is with the warden at animal control. The day I was released from the hospital, he called questioning me about the whereabouts of the dog. I didnt know and he was angry and intolerant of that. He threatened me with action if I didnt visit the office asap. Didnt say for what purpose. His tone of voice was rude and intolerant. He should not be in a post where he has to interact with the public.

I brought a cat in, that jumped in my car and had no collar; I even got it checked for a microchip. They told me they couldnt take it, they were full, even though their sign said they couldnt take dogs. I had put up info about the cat, to see if anyone was missing it. They said to take it back to where I found it and let it go outside. Im sorry but with how cold it is outside, that is inhumane. The lady I spoke with was rude and didnt even seem at all compassionate. When I took it in, until I could get it taken to the shelter, it was so hungry. So odds are, it was struggling. I get if the shelter is full, but I could have at least got a recommendation on where I could take it.
