Took over an hour to get a Buffalo chicken dip. They were not that busy. Kind of find it ridiculous how unorganized this place is. Been coming here for many years and its always a terrible experience with the food and wait times. Waitress and food service workers were unfriendly!

I have been here 5 times since May. My comment is solely about the Bistro. It doesn't matter what day of the week it is. The food is always cold, and staff is always complaining. It is 6 of us, so you can imagine how much we are spending on food. The rest of the establishment is fine. The Bistro definitely has to do better if they would like to continue to receive my business. One time the lights stayed on through the whole movie.
