Delta Heating & Cooling team did an excellent job replacing our AC and furnace. Not only were the installers great, Mike was able to get our installation done the next day after we met with him and just before the last heat wave. We highly recommend this company!!

First of all I would like to give this place 0 stars. I called them a few times before and even though it was work time for them, finally I called yesterday and left a voicemail and expected for them to call me today and I never got a phone call back from them. So I was continually calling them and finally got someone to pick up the phone and they told me from Belleville to Fairview Heights It would take one hour and they told me they would be there in one hour but it was four hours and they did not come. So I called again and they told me they would be there in thirty minutes so thirty minutes later the guy came and he walked around and found out the AC was on the roof and he told my employees he will come back in one hour because he doesnt have a ladder so I called him again and he told me that can come back four days later and he said Super rude and hung up on me. Do NOT use these people for anything. Very unprofessional and lazy. Shame on them! Service: A/C system repair
