        Stopped to grab a coffee. Literally, 4-5 mins. He was patrolling the areas and instead of warning me, he waited as he saw me until I went to the coffee shop, and towed the car. Even though I was there when he was leaving, claiming he doesn't "know" how long I was there when I was holding a cup of coffee. No humanity, no tolerance. Was I wrong yes, but there is a fair case present there. I offered even to pay him on the lot. But they "only take cash". He towed a car over 10miles away for No reason. It just a horrible human factor with no tolerance value.

      Mr Terpak, sorry to hear your vehicle was towed from a private parking lot in downtown Wheaton.My name is Robert. I know it’s frustrating that it only took a few minutes. We have been working with Innovators the company that owns that property.They have been having a lot of parking issues with people leaving there vehicles and going to other close by businesses. We have reached out to these businesses in person to ask them to notify their customers of the parking Towing limits outside. Why they did not inform you I cannot answer that. Feel free to reach out to me 630-761-0309 maybe we can come to an agreement.
