        Worst company I have ever dealt with when registering a product. Purchased through retailer HOME DEPOT on app. Went to register, sent screenshot of purchases and this was unacceptable. Needed a receipt? That's what's in the screenshot. Still refusing to allow registering. I'd rather disassemble and return then deal with this company.

        This company does not stand by its products. When I asked them to send me some replacement screws because the screws randomly fall out of a storage unit that I have had for fewer than 2 years, they told me that they were no longer making that product and encouraged me to visit their website where I could purchase another $400 storage unit. How insulting! I'm giving them a chance to make this right, but as of right now I would say do not do business with this company.
