        Got me in right away for an oil change. Recommended a lot of things that could be done on my car due to it being over 100,000 miles but they were not pushy about any of it which was much appreciated.

        Trying to figure out why it has taken me this long to choose Merlin for my auto care needs. I live nearby and had a scary situation with my car overheating and smoking while trying to drive home from Ohare Airport one night. We ended up leaving my car overnight in a random parking lot and waited until the next day to scope things out. Surprisingly, my coolant was bone dry. Which, is pretty unusual as I do perform regular maintenance. Once we got back to Batavia, we brought my Jeep into Merlin. Right away the staff was super helpful and did a full inspection. Because of my experience that day, I will be returning for more business. Since then, I have been paranoid about levels in my car and brought my Jeep in for another check-up. Staff, again, was very friendly and provided feedback of my concerns and things they have found.even showed me pictures! I really appreciate the extra time and conversation, knowing that my car was taken care. Thank you!
