        Rapid response and courteous, knowledgeable service. My issue was diagnosed and resolved by Jose who kindly took the time to explain what he was doing while he fixed my heater.

        I purchased a new high efficacy heat pump/gas furnace from State Automatic. Bob was very helpful throughout the selection process/purchase. The installation crew was professional and did a great job removing the old furnace and installing the new equipment. They laid down tarps all the way down to the basement utility room to keep the floors clean. When they were finished all old parts and dirt was cleaned up throughout the job site. Will explained to me about using the new programmable thermostat and spent time answering my questions. The next day Jim the owner called and we talked about the operation of the heat pump. Overall I was very pleased with the experience that I had with the team at State Automatic. This winter I plan on using the heat pump to heat my house with electricity from my solar system, I am hoping to save money on natural gas. So far we are extremely pleased with the new heat pump as an air conditioner. The unit outside is very quiet. When the unit is cooling the house we hardly hear the fan and we run the fan continuously on low. I dont hear it at all on low. I would highly recommend State Automatic when purchasing your next furnace.

        Weve had two AC units replaced, two furnaces replaced, and an AC mini split installed in our garage and we wouldnt even consider calling anyone but state automatic. They make your problems a priority. Ive never had to wait longer than 2 days for someone to come over and help fix and issue and Ive never been oversold on something we didnt need. The customer service is fantastic from every single person at state automatic. They do it right, fast, for the best price and with a smile. We will never go anywhere else. Life time customers.
