Booking the appointment, and pricing the new opener with Tonya, was quick and easy. On the day of the install, the tech advised of an additional charge for the keypad. That caught me off guard. I cancelled the installation. The owner, Mike, called and helped me to understand the miscommunication. His customer service and responsiveness were second to none! This is an A+ company.

The worst company to deal with. Its been over 7 months and still dont have my garage door after they took my deposit. Each time I called they said someone would call me with an update, no call. Had to go to the shop to talk to someone and they said I couldnt get a refund because it was being shipped. They said in 2 weeks will have the door and installed. Well a month later from visiting the shop and still no door. Will be contacting lawyer since they took my money and wont give it back. Was contacted by Mike and explained that he would fix the issue. He as able to deliver in this and had the door installed within a couple of days. Thanks for getting this done so quickly and resolving the issue. .

We've used the services from these folks for years for both installation and repair, they're reliable, prompt, and honest. I recently sent a message for service on a Sunday, Don was here on Monday morning and fixed the issue. When a week later a small leaf(!) somehow blocked the electric eye, causing problems with closing, Don came back and fixed it without a charge. We'll continue to use them and we recommend them highly.
