        Theyre not friendly or helpful with solving an issue. First they told me they could process my transaction, then they made up 2 different excuses of why not. Unprofessional and not helpful at all.

        Very difficult Bank to work with. I have used them for 35 years and they were great to deal with till About the time Covid hit. Now bills appear 2 days before due date. No one there to take a wire transfer. If they cant do business then they should sell to a bigger bank. They are not like they used to be for sure.

        It's a great bank if you don't use it. Prepare to get locked out everytime you call costumer service and forced to go into a branch.. except after you go in no one makes "notes" of it and your still forced to waste time to go back. Once you bank BMO your money's no longer yours. Close yours out like I did mine today to save wasted time and money.
